Ever wondered what the future will be like well with technology developing so fast around us its probably going to play a big part in it. Well Microsoft has it featured a video showing what gadgets they think will be in the future but that part isn't that hard to imagine the difficult part is how they will get all these new gadgets to work in sync. Many different types of technologies are shown in this video such as SecondLight, technology that allows a surface computer to project multiple displays, NanoTouch, a means for creating touch input on the back of a small electronic device, and a computerized receptionist.

Going Green
It seems nowadays that everyone everywhere is trying to go green to help the environment. Imagine climbing 276 steps to change a light bulb well that exactly what, operations mechanic, Rian Harford does. And it not just any light bulb it is a light bulb that belongs to air traffic control light that sits upon a wind turbine. The wind turbine is on the top of Jimmy Peak Mountain Resort in Massachusetts. The wind turbine was build after someone suggested to take advantage of the wind that blows during the winter and since the resort is most active during winter it was a win win. But this idea was not that simple to accomplish many factors were taken into consideration. I think the economy has pressured everyone to cut back and in a way that has helped the environment.

International Inflation
The economic crisis is not just in the US even once prosperous Japan has suffered from there greatest drop in industrial output ever. Its production fell about 10 percent in January since its importers cut back due to economic crisis they've been having too. Due to this demand for Japanese cars and electronics have gone done and the unemployment rate has gone up the numbers of jobless people rose from 210,000 to 2.77 million in January alone! Tent cities have been popping up everywhere to house the jobless and homeless. Such unemployment has made people homeless and lose hope people are just accepting defeat. If this isn't fixed fast people will start rebelling and other people might get hurt.
Here is a man who rented a net room as a temporary home so he won't become homeless.

Massive Grave
Around 40 people all wearing uniforms believed to be army officers were found in a mass grave inside the headquarters of the Bangladesh Rifles paramilitary in the capital, Dhaka, this Friday. At least 62 officers have been found dead since mutinous actions by paramilitary Bangladesh Rifles. The reason these troops rebelled was because of the many years grievances were being ignored. These rebellions have led to the death of around 62 officers. This was all because of the poor treatment they had to there troops. This prooves that poverty is the roots of all sorts of violence, if everyone was equal like in Islam there would be peace.

Bombers Intercepted
One day before U.S. President Barack Obama's Canadian visit last week, Canadian fighter jets intercepted two Russian bombers near Canadian air space. Canadian air space scrambled to set out f-18 fighters from NORAD, which is the North American Aerospace Defense Command, which is a joint U.S.-Canadian agency in charge of aerospace control for the North American continent. The Russian bombers were said to be in international waters the Russian Embassy claims that this was just a routine flight over international airspace. If you ask me a conspiracy theory will come soon and since America always has to hate someone. Don't get your hopes up but i think next on the hate list is Russia so we might get a break =).

The high-capacity hard drives that made up the bulk of MP3 players in 2005 have given way to the leaner, tougher, and more expensive flash memory modules found in today's mobile devices. The flash memory revolution gives slimmer more reliable devices, but the best part is that they give you 30 gigabytes or more of storage. People just seem to love extra space. One of these amazing new 32 GB MP3 players is the Apple iPod (second generation). It is thinner and more sturdy then the previous iPods and has been made more user friendly.

Anti-Stimulus Ad
An organization launched a national television ad Friday criticizing the $787 billion stimulus bill, that criticizes Barack Obamas campaign promise to bring change to Washington. They compare the unprecedented amount of money to history. Saying that it could stretch from the time of the birth of Jesus till now. They said if you were to spend one million dollars a day from the birth of Jesus till now, which is about 2000 years you still would have spent less money then the congress just did. The ad closes by saying is this change you can believe in? I think they should try to do something instead of doing nothing so I think that they should cut give this stimulus some time to take affect.

HP HDX 18
The HP HDX 18 is pretty straightforawrd it is a multimedia laptop and is looks really sharp and would be a great replacement for your desktop. Its not just beautiful it has so muscle to back itself up. A 2.8-GHz Core 2 Duo CPU (T9600), 4GB of RAM, and nVidia's 512MB GeForce 9600M GT GPU are some of its features which allows it to eaily run games while playing videos as well. France Pledges Money to Stop Riots
French President Nicolas Sarkozy is pledging $730 million in economic aid to France's Caribbean territories in an effort to head off escalating protests. Sarkozy also proposed that around $253 be added to the monthly salaries of low-paid workers. These low wages and low living conditions in Guadeloupe have caused many violent demonstrations. If these problems are not solved then the nation may become hostile. I think its important to keep everyone at the same level that is why Islam is the best religion.

Unbelieveable
The birth of a child fathered by a 13-year-old boy has sparks an uproar in Britain. Alfie Patten, who was only 12 when the baby was conceived with his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman, 15. He told the newspaper that he thought it would be good to have a baby. He said "I didn't think about how we would afford it. I don't really get pocket money. My dad sometimes gives me £10. When my mum found out I thought I was going to get in trouble. We wanted to have the baby but were worried about how people would react. I didn't know what it would be like to be a dad. I will be good, though, and care for it." The girl was given the option of abortion but refused she said she was excited to give birth and that they both planned to attend school to get good jobs. Just to give you an idea of how little the boy is I put a video of them it is kind of hard to imagine it, this just proves anything can happen if leaft unattended.

Although amazon did its best to keep the new kindle a secret some photos have been leaked. Amazon has primarily made this new kindle to address the criticisms of the old one. Some modification have been made to it so its looks more attractive. The main tweeks were with the buttons to make them smaller and easier to read. The Kindle 2 can be charged with a miniUSB cable. There is no word on when the Kindle 2 will release.

Hijackers Hunting
Software giant Microsoft is offering a $250,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of hackers behind a powerful computer virus that could lead to millions of PCs being hijacked. You have probably heard of the Conficker or Downadup virus it is one of the most serious infections ever although experts have not found out its purpose yet they are trying hard to get rid of it brcause it could wreak havoc at any given moment if it is given the orders. The worm mainly infects corporate networks, and Microsoft has issued a patch to fix it, but even if a single computer in a network is infected the worm will spread to all the computers even the treated ones. This is why Microsoft has announced a $250,000 reward for information to track down those behind Conficker. This sounds to me like a group of people who made a serious virus to test there skills and are waiting to press the button so that the virus can do what its actually programed to do.

CT scan
The beautiful singer was about 30 years old when the world forgot about her. But now we know what she looks like for the first time in nearly 3,000 years. Thanks to one of the sophisticated CT scanners in the world the archaeologists are able to see the smallest details of the woman without even opening the casket. Actually opening was not even an option because it would destroy the artifact. This advance in CT scanning in just a few years has even surprised the archaeologists. A CT(Computed tomography) Scan is used in medical imaging and has found other uses such as the one mentioned here. It is really amazing how far technology has gone and how fast it evolved the CT scan in this example produced such a good image that the scientists swore they could recognize the person if they saw her today.

Ice Floe Accident
One person died Saturday after he fell in the water when an ice floe broke away from land in western Lake Erie. Around 150 people were rescued but unfortunately there were two people in the water. One of the people was reccued and brought to shore the other was pronounced dead at the hospital. It was reported some were ice fisherman which is a recreation that a culture in the Great Lakes. But officers said they shouldn't have been on the ice in the first place because it is common sense. The fishermen had to build a makeshift bridge to get from one section of the ice to the other. This put the 2 fishermans farther out and the weather was heating up and the wind was picking up all sign that trouble would happen. Global Warming is here this sounds like a movie they were going out far into the iced lake when a piece breaks of and they are stranded I don't know what makes people want to icefish when fishing isn't that great either.

Israel claims militants fire rockets
Just when you think it is all over its not. Just recently its was reported that Palestinian militants fired a long-range rocket from Gaza into southwestern Israel. It was the first since the two sides declared a cease-fire. The missile fired from did not cause any injuries or damage. It has been about 2 weeks since the ceasefire after more then 3 weeks of fighting in Gaza. Here are the statistics again more than 1,300 Palestinians died and about 5,400 others were wounded while only thirteen Israelis, were also killed in the fighting. Since the two sides declared a cease-fire militants have periodically fired rockets into Israel. Israel has responded with air strikes. They throw homemade bombs into Israel which do hardly any damage and they respond with AIRSTRIKES. That like stabbing someone for pushing you.

Refugee's Beat by Thai Army
A group of refugees from Myanmar who were rescued by Indonesian authorities claimed Wednesday that 22 of their number died after they were abandoned at sea by the Thai military. The survivors told horrible tales of being captured and beaten the Thai Military is said to be targeting Rohingya refugees, a Muslim minority group from Myanmar, have caused Thai authorities to launch an investigation. It is said that the Thai military officials tow them out to sea and remove there engines and leave them to die. Survivors are severely beaten by Thia officials. Delegates from Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar went to Thailand because of such allegations. Its really unfair how they would do this to refugees who just ran away from danger and the help the are getting is just puttting them in more danger.

Heart Touching Story
A 13-year-old Chinese girl tried to commit suicide after she discovered a medical note in her mother's purse saying that her father was dying of liver cancer and had three months left to live she swallowed 200 sleeping pills. Why? because she wanted her family to donate her liver to her cancer-stricken father. Her mother returned home after visiting her husband husband in the hospital and found the front door locked she immediately climbed in through a back window and found two empty bottles of sleeping pills. "Mom, I'm sorry I couldn't stay with you any longer," read the note next to her. "Please give my liver to dad and save him after my death." This incident occurred in Jiangsu province in east China. She was taken to the same hospital as her father where she is in intensive care. Doctors say that even if she pulls through, she will need surgery for burns she suffered from an electric blanket on her bed when she lost consciousness, the China Daily newspaper said. That's pretty touching how much she loves her father Chinese people are pretty dedicated too bad she nearly killed herself for nothing =\.

Blast Kills Many Pakistani's
A blast struck a crowd of Shia Muslims as they took part in a march toward a mosque in central Pakistan Thursday evening, killing at least 24 people and wounding 50. The blast happened around 7 p.n. in southern Punjab province. The was said to have been cause by an explosive device, but no details on how the attack was carried out. It was a dreaded seen were people were scrambling and trying to assist one another. Around 600 people gathered outside the Wadani Imam Bargah mosque to observe the 40th day of Muharram. I think people that are worshipping should be left alone because they're not doing anything to anyone i don't know why anyone would do that. Just because someone is different from you doesn't mean you hurt them cause they're different.
